The room was clean, and the bathroom had a nice, comfortable bath. The staff at the front desk were nice, and free water and juice were available. I found a restaurant near the hotel with great service and food. The location IS convenient, with the tram nearby.
The car park is small, and the entrance is steep. It is not suitable for larger vehicles.

The hotel is adjacent to grocery stores and a bakery. Breakfast had simple, nice options. I found the Monarchie restaurant offered great food and value since locals are their main customers.

My room included a fridge and a big wardrobe. The room was spacious with good storage space and a large balcony. It was also very clean. Air conditioning was functional, and I could easily adjust the temperature.

Everyone from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies were kind and helpful. The staff was friendly. The staff seemed very nice and willing to assist with any issue i raised .
